The registration for the conference is necessary to join the conference, to get the presentations scheduled in the conference agenda/programme and to get the abstracts and /or papers published. Please note that one registration will cover only one presenter and one paper, one presentation, one publication and one certificate. Furthermore, all Co-authors must register separately if they wish to join the conference or to obtain certificates.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

The following refund arrangements will apply to the registrants who are unable to attend the conference, and not in a position to substitute a co-author or a qualified colleague:

(a) The registration fees cannot be refunded, transferred, or cancelled.

(b) Those who were denied with visa or could not attend the conference for any other reason would get the opportunity to participate or do their presentation in the virtual conference on a later date (mentioned in the conference website) and thus they will be eligible to present their papers, obtain a certificate, enter the review process, and to publication of the paper.

(c) Force Majeure: The Unique Conferences Canada (UCC) will try its best to host their conferences; however, in any unforeseen occurrence (such as acts of God, pandemic, labor disputes, government restrictions, war and terrorism activity etc.) which is beyond the UCC’s control, the UCC will not hold responsible for any loss or damage of the registered delegates. The UCC shall have the full right to change the affected conference into a virtual (online) conference or to reschedule it to a later date without any liability and reassured the obligation of the registered delegates with their presentations and publications.
