Oral contributions (PowerPoint presentations) will be the main part of sessions at GWS2026. Sessions will take place in parallel with a duration of 90 minutes. Each session will contain six speakers leaving some time for in depth discussions.

Presentations should last no longer than 15 - 20 minutes

E- Poster Presentations

Technical Specification

1920 pixels by 1080 pixels (an aspect ratio of 16 x 9), save it either as a .jpg or .jpeg file at 100 ppi (pixels per inch)

  • If you design your E-Poster in PowerPoint, all information must be appeared within ONE (1) slide. Use Page Setup and choose Slide Size: “Custom (Width 50 cm, Height 90 cm)” with a Portrait (vertical) orientation.
  • Save your PPT into PDF format.

Display time  : 3 mins (or to describe the poster to the audience) and 2 mins for Q & A
